STAND UP & STAND OUT
"At Telekom, we share more than the same employer, we share the same values. We build strong connections between people so we can create a society in which everyone can take part. We stand together for diversity and inclusion and take responsibility for a more sustainable future. Because standing out means standing up".

With the aim to position Deutsche Telekom as a leading employer for tech and digital talents Elbkind Reply created a new international Employer Branding campaign called "Question today, create tomorrow.“.

From the initial concept to the development, and creation of videos, graphics and production, I contributed together with the creation team and copywriters to the new employer branding campaign for T-Mobile as Art Director at Elbkind Reply.

Once the campaign look & feel was finalized, I began focusing on translating the campaign into motion design by developing adaptations in different video formats and animation styles and creating offline assets such as sweaters for the internal communication of the campaign.

Apparel of choice
A sweater is to be worn.  A customized sweater from my employer?
With pleasure.
A sweater with a meaningful and valuable message?
Great.
And a sweater that combines both, looks good and is made of sustainable materials?
My favorite.

Wearing the Telekom brand, means wearing change.
We are not afraid to stand up for our values, print them on our clothes and wear them proudly. Because standing out means standing up.

“Kleider Machen Leute“ - By creating branded apparel, One's brand and values are given a face. Telekom Employees should be able to represent their employer of choice proudly and with joy through apparel that they like to wear in their everyday life.
